利用規約 / Terms of Service

第1条（適用） / Article 1 (Application)

この利用規約（以下，「本規約」といいます。）は、当サイト「http://aibeauty-kaede.com」（以下、「当サイト」といいます。）におけるサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。登録ユーザーの皆さま（以下，「ユーザー」といいます。）には，本規約に従って，本サービスをご利用いただきます。

本サービスは、居住国において成人向けコンテンツの閲覧が法的に許可されている年齢に達した方のみを対象としています。登録時およびサイトアクセス時に年齢確認を行います。

This service is intended for individuals who have reached the legal age for viewing adult content in their country of residence. Age verification will be conducted upon registration and when accessing the site.

第3条（利用登録） / Article 2 (User Registration)

第4条（ユーザーIDおよびパスワードの管理） / Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

  1. ユーザーは、自己の責任において、本サービスのユーザーIDおよびパスワードを適切に管理するものとします。
  2. Users are responsible for managing their User ID and password appropriately.
  3. ユーザーIDおよびパスワードが第三者によって使用されたことによる損害について、当サイトは一切責任を負いません。
  4. The Site is not responsible for any damages caused by third-party use of the User ID or password.

第5条（利用料金および支払方法） / Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

  1. 本サービスの有料部分の利用に際して、ユーザーは、当サイトが別途定めた利用料金を支払うものとします。
  2. Users must pay the usage fees specified separately by the Site for the paid portions of the service.
  3. 支払いは、Stripeを通じた決済方法によって行われます。
  4. Payments will be processed through Stripe.
  5. ユーザーが支払いを遅延した場合、年14.6%の遅延損害金が発生します。
  6. If the user delays payment, a late fee of 14.6% annually will be charged.
  7. 当サイトのコンテンツ（画像、動画、テキスト等）を無断で転載、複製、改変、配布、公開、または二次利用する行為
  8. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, modification, distribution, publication, or secondary use of the site’s content (images, videos, texts, etc.) without permission.

第6条（禁止事項） / Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用において、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  8. コンテンツの無断転載・再配布

  10. スクリーンショットや録画による保存、および第三者への共有
  11. Taking screenshots, recording, or sharing content with third parties
  12. AI技術を含む、コンテンツの二次利用・加工・改変
  13. Using AI technology to alter, modify, or repurpose content
  14. 商用目的での利用
  15. Using content for commercial purposes
  16. その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為
  17. Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the site operator
  18. これらの禁止事項に違反した場合、運営者は法的措置を含む対応を取る権利を有します。
  19. Violation of these restrictions may result in legal action or other necessary measures taken by the site operator.

第7条（サービスの提供の停止等） / Article 6 (Suspension of Service)

  1. 当サイトは、以下の場合に事前通知なしにサービスの全部または一部を停止または中断することができます。
